This notice explains how McHard Flex LLC handles information submitted through mchardflex.com or provided when you call or text about the property.

Information we collect

When you submit a leasing inquiry, we may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, requested square footage, business type, message, referral parameters and the page from which the inquiry was submitted.

How we use information

Respond to leasing, pricing, availability and tour requests.
Match prospective tenants with suitable space.
Maintain records needed to manage the inquiry and prevent abuse.

Service providers and sharing

We may use service providers to host the site, route calls or messages, and deliver inquiries to the McHard Flex real estate team. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and performance measurement

No advertising or behavioral analytics cookies: this site does not currently load Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Pixel. Cloudflare provides cookieless website performance measurement and may process technical information such as page URL, browser, network and page-load timing without setting cookies or using local storage. The map is an outbound link and does not load Google Maps until you choose to open it.

Data retention and security

Inquiry information is retained only as reasonably needed to respond, manage the leasing relationship, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to business-record and legal requirements. You can also choose to call instead of using the web form.
